Delivery


*** Please note, We no longer have staff at the warehouse on a permanent basis.  Opening hours are now completely discretionary and by appointment only and are dependent on the availability of staff.  This applies to the pick up and drop off of equipment too.

Paid Delivery Terms

In most cases we will try to deliver at the time nominated by you. In circumstances (such as busy periods) that we can't we will give you a 2-3 hour window for delivery or will arrange pick up the day after if required/possible.  ***Standard delivery presumes Ground or Street level access with open accessibility to the area being delivered to.

Please note.... extra charges WILL apply for:

  • Difficult delivery locations with loading docks and/or limited street parking

  • Deliveries that have stair access only

  • Deliveries that may require more than one person for a setup (such as a large TV screen which requires 2 people)

  • Deliveries that may have a large quantity or that contain overly heavy items

  • Deliveries that are after our normal hours of operation
  • Deliveries that are outside our normal delivery areas.   For basic reference we deliver for the prices quoted to the greater eastern suburbs area and the city. Areas excluded from our normal delivery rates include the inner west, western, northern and southern suburbs

Time Specific pickup and drop off

With time specific pickups and drop offs we will always endeavour to be at your nominated location at the stated time and we will give you a contact for your driver so you can communicate with them directly.  

With time specific pickups and drop offs:

  • Monday to Saturday after hours and Sunday Delivery and/or Pickups incur an additional minimum $100 charge on top of the standard delivery charge.  The cost of the delivery or pickup are based on the amount of items at pickup or drop off.
  • Pickups after 4pm and before 10am Mon-Fri, and anytime after 2pm on Saturday and all day Sunday are classified as after hours pickups and incur an extra minimum $100 charge. The cost of the delivery or pickup are based on the amount of items at pickup or drop off.

*** please note, if you are not contactable or available at the time of agreed delivery, you may miss your delivery window and have to re-book.

Free Saturday Delivery Terms (Only when offered at Checkout - this is a seasonal service)

  • Free delivery only applies to Saturday orders and for drop off ONLY. 
  • Minimum order amount of $100 per hire applies to qualify for Free Saturday Delivery. Orders can only be delivered within our accepted delivery areas - please see below.
  • Free delivery presumes street or ground level delivery with easy and open access and does not include venues or addresses that have stair access only, loading docks, addresses with no street or limited street parking, or addresses with difficult access *Please note, extra charges may apply for these types of addresses.
  • The customer must return the equipment themselves on Monday during our opening hours. Saturday orders are due back on Monday as we are closed Sundays and only counts as a one-day hire.
  • Someone must be home to receive the order during our opening hours and must produce an Australian Driver’s license for the security check (this is the only form of identification we accept - we don't accept international drivers license nor passports, if you don't have an Australian drivers license we may not be able to deliver your equipment)
  •  *If no one is home for drop off when we come to deliver, then you must either pay for the delivery at full price if we need to come back, or pickup from our warehouse.
  • Drop off times are arbitrary and will be made during our opening hours, if you need a specific time for delivery then extra charges will apply.

Out of Hours 

Please note... there are extra charges that will apply for any out of hours delivery, setup or delivery return.   The cost of the delivery or pickup are based on the amount of items at pickup or drop off.

Our normal operating hours are as follows:  Mon 10am-4pm, Tuesday CLOSED, Wednesday to Friday 10am-4pm, Sat 10am-2pm and Sundays closed.  If you wish to return out of hours, this can be arranged PRIOR to the day you wish to return.  

There is no point of contact on Sunday’s or after 4pm Mon-Fri or after 2pm on Saturdays should you wish to return that day or after this time  without prior arrangement.  

Please note, there is a minimum $100 surcharge if you wish to return out of hours and this must be paid in advance or at the time of booking - also, after hours pickup cannot be arranged on a Sunday if you are booking on a Saturday as we need at least 48 hours notice of your intent to arrange an out of hours drop off/pickup 
 
Please note that normal penalty charges may apply for late returns so we respectfully ask that you consider the most appropriate time for return before you hire
